My complaint:
Hello my name is Nasario Gomez and I’m a frequent customer of Dominos pizza maybe twice a week I ordered two thin crust medium pizzas with extra pizza sauce and a 2 L Coke they told me 45 minutes after the full hour and a half I called them up and they said sorry we delivered it to the wrong house this will be free but it will take an hour because the deliveries are running really late sadly they never delivered it It would’ve been fine if they would’ve said we’re not delivering any more pizzas tonight at least then I could’ve went to another pizza place but they never told me anything and they never delivered anything.
Suggested solution:
Truth is I don’t know how this can be resolved my trust is completely destroyed at this point Sadly it seems to me they never had any intention of delivering anything to me because by the time this is all said and done they were closed.
