Dominos Pizza complaint: lack of professionalism along with missing order and no responce

My complaint:

I ordered my pizza at 6:08pm, 7:15 p.m. the driver from dominos arrived let me know they brought the incorrect order. it is now 8:11 pm and my order has still not showed up.

in wait period time from 7:15pm-8:11pm I attempted to call the dominos store several times (12xs) and half of the calls I placed there was no answer, the other half a man answered the phone and said we are not taking any more orders did not let me speak regarding my concern and hung up. I attempted to call again and he stated the same response so I let him know before he finished that I was not trying to place an order, but ask about my order. the employee said its on the way to your house

it is now 8:13pm and the pizza has no arrived, no answer from dominos, I am greatly disappointed. not only with the professionalism of the employees buck the lack of communication and no response.

Suggested solution:

they should contact the customer to let me know they are having issues. perhaps try to hire more employees that actually care about their job and treating the customer with respect, and that have the same mutual outlook as dominos.
