My complaint:
already text and complained about it. They decided to call me over a half hour after they leave the store, for when I get my driver is on the way text, which was set for two minutes before they got to my home. I have never had an issue with this place before ever but the manager tonight decided to text me being rude to me, when I honestly had every right to be upset because its never been a problem to get to my house within a reasonable time. The store closed within an hour anyway so there should have been 0 excuse for them to have made any other stops. Absolutely ridiculous. Most likely will never order from the business again, even though I enjoy the food. Its a shame.
Suggested solution:
they wont do anything. Afraid to ever try and order in the future for fear of them sabotaging or doing something disgusting to my food.
