My complaint:

I have went to this location twice in the last two weeks, and none of the staff preparing the pizzas we’re wearing mask or gloves. When I spoke to the manager his comment was you can’t spread the virus through food. There are signs posted that all customers must wear masks why not the staff

Suggested solution:

I feel that someone should mandate that the staff wear masks as well as the customers for health reasons. The pandemic is still a reason to be cautious

evening head pizza cook/mgr was NOT wearing a mask, and defiant about doing so. He claimed that he had negative Covid-19 test results in the back that were only privy to employees. The fact that he would not show this to the customer makes me doubt his word. As I walked to the store to pick up my pizza, I noticed him talking to his employees without a mask and within 12 inches of distance from their faces.
