My complaint:
We ordered a philly steak and cheese pizza for delivery. When pizza got here it was not a philly steak and cheese pizza and it was burnt. I called to tell them about it first it took almost 15 minutes for someone to talk to me then the guy was rude and said that the way the meat looks on that kind pizza which is not true but he said he would fix us another one his self and I asked would he throw us something in for first since this isn’t the first time they have messed our food up he got even more rude asking like I was trying to get something for nothing I told him I send the burnt pizza back and he see not only was it burnt is wasn’t right he said no and that it was against policy for him to give me anything for free no matter what and I had wait a hour for new pizza to get here now how messed up is that?
