My complaint:
8-12-2020 ordered spinach feta pizza with black olives mushrooms extra cheese for my granddaughter came home later pie on table untouched. It was burger green peppers and sliced steak or roast beef.
8-13-2020 I called and spoke with a
manager juanita I believe her name was. Told er the issue no problem redo pie. She told
me it would be about 45 minutes they were backed up. Ok that was fine . one hour goes by I call back. A guy answered
I called to check on status of pie and ask to have delivery person call when they arrived. Ok not a problem.55 minutes go by I call back. A guy answered
was told delivery guy just left with my pie. Ok I live less than 5 minutes away, so I go down to the lobby to wait. 19 minutes pass. No pie
I called back Guy answeredi told. Him where I lived and
and I was kinda worried about driver. I was told he didn’t have time for that bull And he hung up on me. Yes, I called back. Woman answered I told her who I was why! called and got hung up on. She was checking status of my pie: My Pie was still under the warmer
Errr finally about 45 minutes I received a phone call. Went to lobby and picked up my cold , tough, greasy pie. Horrible
Suggested solution:
Give me a job.. refund Gift cards...that can
be used at different locations Wow this was a horrible way to spend our Sunday.have that guy call and apologize
