My complaint:

I had placed an order and then due to some reason for delay on time n argument with manager it got cancelled. Then I again placed a fresh order but I received same order which was cancelled n taken back. Is this the correct way to take care of customers. If a fresh order is made then it should be dealt as a fresh order and proper fresh food should be delivered. Domino’s is known for its timely delivery of fresh warm pizzas and this is not expected from you. I came to know abt after I saw a delivery token receipt on top of a box with last order number which was cancelled

Suggested solution:

. I need to claim refund for both of my orders. The one that was cancelled and the one which was not delivered fresh in my original payment mode. And a compensation too as delivering food from last order is not acceptable for any customer. Request you fulfil my requirements or else I wil raise an issue to higher authorities for such act being done by such a reputed company
