My complaint:

They have repeatedly messed up the contactless delivery. The last time it happened, the order said it was complete, when I went outside to grab it, the delivery guy had no mask on so walking toward me. I closed the door quickly and he banged on my door. I literally had to shout at him this is contactless delivery and to leave at my door. I haven’t ordered in a long while. Now they just completely messed upmy order and the manager is just like we’ll remake it with no apology just like oh this is no big deal. How does someone like that become a manager? No customer service at all. He made me more upset than the messed up order. An apology goes a long way. Go back to school because you’re not going very far with that attitude!
