My name is Viresh. I ordered pizza from Domino’s via a Swiggy account of my friend khushiram. I gave the order at around 12.45- 12:50 pm. After the order at 1:07 pm they sent me that the order has been delivered. But I don’t get any calls from the delivery boy and had not received any order. Then I call the customer care Swiggy then they told me that your order has picked up and it is on route. They gave me number to talk to Domino’s executive. When I called them then they said the same thing and when I asked why I have received order delivered msg then he said it’s our fault and your order is on your way. I asked him that 30 minutes are already gone so he said that there is no policy of 30 minutes now so no refund will be available. But my question was why I got ation msg and mail that my order has been delivered.
Mr. Rakesh is supposed to deliver my order but it was delivered later by Mr. Santosh and he told me that Mr. Rakesh ed your delivery because we are supposed to deliver the order within 20-25 minutes. So as soon as the time got up he ed that order has been delivered. Then when I ask why did he do that then he told me that you asked this to Mr. Rakesh and dominos. I asked him fir Rakesh’s number then he gave me one number who’s saying that he is not Rakesh. I have recovered our conversation also Me and Santosh’s. He delivered my order at around 1:35 PM.
So you can see how they ran from their responsibilities and they make you wait for 50 or more minutes for your order and just got away by saying that there is no 30 minutes policy available.
They should answer to me and send an apology email to me along with the refund. If not complete then partial refund for the inconveniences they caused me. And they should question that delivery boy Rakesh who ed the order without even delivering it. And teach him a lesson so that no other customers like me have such problems in future.
