My complaint:
The Germanager at the pigeon Forge Tennessee store was very very rude I walked in the door he was screaming yelling at a customer because he was asking how much longer with his would the order be so if you don’t want to wait set around or get out of my store very rude to the guy refused to come up to the counter to talk to him screaming at the customer from all the way from the pizza line but that was another problem my problem is I came in the day before and I got two sandwiches steak and Philly cheese sandwiches there might’ve been maybe three pieces of meat on the whole sandwich he refused to come and look at my picture because I took a picture of the sandwich the sandwich was a joke and I buy them all the time you only get 2 12 ounces of meat I said sir the sandwich was lucky to have maybe two pieces three at the most on one sandwich well that was probably 2 12 ounces if you want more meat you need to pay for it you don’t get it for free very rude I understand they’re shorthanded but they don’t need to talk to their customers this way that’s on that’s unreal and I have pictures that I can send you and prove there’s not 2 12 ounces of steak on the sandwich I guess I’ll just dispute the charge I mean it OK I said can I have a phone number to corporate office what do you need a phone number for what’s your problem I said I don’t think there’s 2 12 ounces look at my pictures and you’ll see I don’t have time plus we’re franchise we don’t have that we do it our way whatever I just walked out
