My complaint:

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 27 YEARS I ORDER PIZZA EVERY WEEK 4 TIMES A YEAR I HAVE 3 BIRTHDAY PARTIES A YEAR FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS ON 10-10-2020 I TRIED TO PLACE MY ORDER NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE SO I DROVE TO THE LOCATION ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE WHEN I WALKED IN THE LADY ASK ME HAVE I ALREADY ORDERED AND I SAID NO BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD PICK THE PHONE UP PHONE WAS RINGING OFF THE WALL AT THAT TIME WHEN I DID PLACE MY ORDER THE MANAGER TOLD THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER THAT IF ANY ONE ELSE CAME IN WITH A ATTIUDED WOULD BE REFUSED SERVICE THIS MANAGER NAME IS BRENDA I FEEL LIKE SHE NEEDS A LOT OF TRAINING THE CUSTOMERS PAY HER SALARY.I NEVER SAID ANYTHING OUT OF THE WAY TO THIS PERSON SHE IS NOT THE ONE THAT TOOK MY ORDER.YOU WOULD THINK WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON RIGHT NOW THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF HER CUSTOMERS MOST PLACES ARE HURTING RIGHT NOW FOR BUSINESS.

I CANNOT SPEAK FOR MANGEMENT BUT THIS PERSON NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HER NAME IS BRENDA.
