My complaint:

About 2 weeks ago I placed an order online and when I received my order one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. When I called the store the young man informed me that they could remake the pizza or I could chose to have it sent at a later date. I left my name and contact with him and was told I could call when I was ready to receive my pizza. Tonight on March 23rd I placed an order online and called the store to have my free pizza sent out with my order. The first employee I spoke to was rude and told me I had to pay another delivery fee. I informed him my pizza was incorrect and I had a free pizza credit with the store. I still received rude remarks back from him. I then asked to speak to the manager and a lady came to the phone. She was worse than the employee. I explained to her that this same pizza is always made incorrectly and she then responded and said “well why do you keep ordering it then” and then hung up the phone. I had to drive to store and sit outside and call while in front of the store to get them to remake the pizza that was already owed to me.
