My complaint:
Dominoes: placed order at 9:12 pm on 47 wit LeAnn she took my order of 2 5.99 pizzas wit pep bacon, 3 orders of cinnamon sticks, two orders of hot wings total was $52 wit a $3.50 delivery charge. She recalled my order out to me took my card info repeated it to me stated it was gonna be 45 to an hire for delivery. Called back at 10:48 for them to tell me my order was out for delivery it was new drivers she had no way of checking on tha driver. Called back then was told they don’t see my order as been placed hung up. I called back again she then put me on hold for 6 min hung up. Called again another woman stated my order couldn’t have been placed there as they don’t even have cinnamon for tha cinna sticks phone hung up. Called back when she did answer tried to place me on hold again I stopped her told her she was tha one who took my order, repeated it to her she agreed that it was her ‘ she definitely remembered my order but she doesn’t kno what happened put me on hold again then phone hung up. Called back for some dude to answer who has been Cursing in tha back ground since I first called got on tha phone so I asked for Lynn again he stated she was coming to tha phone they left me on hold for 22 minutes til I hung up. I called back to make a complaint to a manager, LeAnn answered when I reminded her who I was she then hung tha phone up in my face. That place is very unprofessional Rude tha whole time I was placing my order LeAnn kept screaming in my ear for them to stop screaming because she couldn’t hear on tha phone. No one respected that people were actually trying to order food nor that, that was a business not a bar room. I swear if it wasn’t so late I wouldn’t have keep calling to continue to receive my order. That place NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN OR GET A BETTER STAFF that can accommodate guest in a friendly professional manner. I will NEVER order from tha location Ever Again I’m blocking my card so those ratchet employees don’t think they will steal my hard earned money.
Suggested solution:
Really for waiting almost two hours they should give me my order for free OR Hire a NEW STAFF!!! It’s a Shame that a pairing customer had to deal wit tha noise, foul language rudeness that I had to endure. This behavior makes me NEVER EVER WANNA DEAL WITH ANY OF THE LOCATIONS.
