My complaint:

Horrible experience. I have ordered pizza at 11.40pm. I got the pizza by 12.05am. But the order I received were wrong. I will add in the photos. The baker or chef just interchanged the sauce and the crust. When I called them they were closed. I called the next working day. When I checked with the manager she said she cannot do anything about it, as the day has been passed by.

First of all they don’t do the job well. And when I questioned the manager (that’s what she said), she rudely disconnected my call. And not bothered to receive my call after that. This is such a horrible experience.

Customers need to bare all the pain. Eat forcefully something which was not ordered ( only bcz I don’t like throwing the food) And when asked about refund or credit, the rudeness of the manager by disconnecting the call on face.
