My complaint:
We ordered food from the Stow, OH location on Darrow Rd. We noticed our food was in Quality Check for 35 minutes so we called to check on it. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and then hung up on us. When we called back nobody would answer the phone so we kept calling. Finally someone picked up and we asked for a manager. They kept us on hold and no manager ever picked up. we called back several times and the same thing kept happening. We will never order from Dominos ever again if this is how your customers are handled. very disappointing that this is how this location handles situations. I highly suggest looking into this.
