My complaint:
His name is Brian- forced us to walk all the way out to grab order out of the car when informed it was meant to be a contactless delivery, we had no assistance he guilted us, ‘what, so you’re really not gonna tip?’ when we only had a $50 bill and wasn’t completely aware of the small amount of change he had.
Suggested solution:
I want him to held accountable for disrespecting and guilting a customer.
