Dominos Pizza complaint: Rude Customer service

My complaint:

I called the beltline location to see if they were taking orders. The first time I called I was immediately put on hold and then hung up on shortly after. The second time I called I was put on hold for three minutes, someone came back on the line put me back on hold and then hung up the phone again. The third time I called the same person answered the phone put me on hold for at least a minute answered the phone and once he finally got on the phone I have to speak with the manager. Management seemed unconcerned and only said that he would speak with the associate about the issue. I regularly order from this location but I will take my services elsewhere because I don’t feel like I was up in your importance. I do understand due to our weather conditions that services could be slower than normal however the customer service is was beyond unacceptable. When you play someone on hold at least come back, or at least give them the chance to say OK don’t just immediately put them on hold and that’s what was done to me multiple times, then hung up on.

Suggested solution:

I’m absolutely sure how to resolve this issue I just know dominoes pride themselves on their customer service and the service as I was provided was something dominoes should not be proud of.
