My complaint:
First off I call and they girl put me on hold for 20 minutes and all I could hear was her arguing with other employees so I hung up and called back and when a guy answered he asked me to hold. I said no because I was already on hold for twenty minutes. Then he proceeded to hang up on me.
Suggested solution:
I want them to be fired and when I go into the store to see who is working they better not be there next time I go in or I will be calling the Ohio business bureau and see what they have to say about your rude employees.
