My complaint:
I called them two times once the food was ready, It was for curb side pickup and I was waiting in the car ……….they didn’t responded property and I knocked the door, they were like call us …….I called them again and The person working inside is asking for card details including the cvv number, and when I refused to give that and they said sorry you cannot get food in a very ride manner…….my question is why are they asking for credit card details at first ………I don’t think they are authorized to do that ……
I was waiting for my food for like 25 mins and in the end returned from there without getting food ……..because of some attitude problem of the guy working inside ……
Suggested solution:
Please stop them for asking for credit card details from customers and make it online payment only if they can't accept cards inside the store........


I have been ordering online from dominos for over 20 years. I have a debit card service that allows me to make a single debit card for one merchant, and I can configure the limit per month and per transaction. I take my online security extremely seriously. I do not want dominos asking me for my CVV, which takes 20 minutes to get. Access to the debit card service is time-locked BY DESIGN. I understand the needed layer to prevent fraud.
