My complaint:
I was at the window to pick up my order. After sitting there awhile I blew my horn. I heard the rude gentleman say I was on the phone. After he finished his call he proceed to work on a order or folding boxes. Then he came to the window and I told him I heard him, and he was unprofessional. The guy proceeded to say I cursed him. I called him a lier because I didn’t curse him. Then the guy slammed the window and walked off. Some lady came to the window and I cancelled the order.
Suggested solution:
Obviously there needs to be some type of customer service training. Attitude like that makes the organization looks bad.
