My complaint:
I orderd a food from dominoz through swiggy app the order was placed and amount paid but the adress was wrongly mentiond in app insted of my home it showed my office its only 3 kms difference i requsted the delivery boy to deliver he said he will call from store after 40 mins it showed deliverd i call the delivey boy he cut the call ant the store is not picking my phone i called swiggy they also said store is not picking. So i lost my money and food its very difficult to lose Money and food in this COVID -19 time. And sleep with hungry stomach
Suggested solution:
I need my refund with penalty because of making me sleep hungry and cheating me without refund and cut the calla and showing deliverd
