My complaint:
Tried to order a pizza at 7 PM store doesn’t close until 1 AM, but they said they weren’t taking any more orders for this night. It is Friday night. The store didn’t close for 6 more hrs, don’t understand why they weren’t taking any more orders. That seems really unprofessional. The store I tried to order from was 8901 Virginia Pkwy-Ste 300, McKinney, Tx 75071. There was another store 4 miles from my house, but they said they don’t deliver to my area! Really….4 miles???? I guess ya’ll just don’t need the customers. I’ve never had a problem ordering from Domino’s before!!!
Suggested solution:
Well when your open for 6 more hours, be able to still take orders. If one store can't, because they are backed up, at least let another one be able to deliver, even if it isn't considered in there area, if it's a short distance. I mean 4 miles, come on.
