My complaint:

They took my order and money, then refused to deliver. I’ve had deliveries from there many times. I was told to wait 5 business days for a refund. This is unacceptable.

When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady hung up on me

Suggested solution:

Personal apology. An immediate refund, and extra money to cover the points I had earned.
