Complaint: Refuse to deliver!!

My complaint:

I called and ordered a pizza and dessert an hour had gone by so I had called the store back they told me that somebody had come to the house and knocked and nobody came to the door which they never came because my front door was open and the money was magnet to the mailbox so when I called back for the second time he said that I cussed at the employee which I never did and the manager that came on at 5:00 refused to my delivery. I have ordered food from that Domino’s a hundred times and I’ve never had any problems until tonight.I am very upset because I know I did not cuss at the employee I wouldn’t and also the calls are recorded.

Suggested solution:

I believe that they owe me an apology and I should have received a pizza and my dessert. I should have never been treated like that from a manager at your wentzville store. I also will be calling corporate on Monday morning as well. I feel that he was being unreasonable and would not listen to what I had to say.
