My complaint:
Over the last few weeks we have had several residents (white) be denied delivery but their neighbors (black) get delivery. One white resident placed an order yesterday at 4:30pm and was told they do not deliver to this address anymore because their driver was robbed. He questioned this as this is false information for our address. The female manager was rude and refused to deliver to him. At 7pm yesterday a black resident placed an order and he received his order. I, the manager spoke to a gentleman manager the other day and he did share that Farr Road was a problem area and this I know, but we are a senior apartment community that is enclosed – we have a controlled access door system where the drive calls the resident and the resident allows them entry and then the driver delivers to their door. I need to know if this will continue? I need to know if this is a personal issue directed at us by the female manager because I being a mamma first fussed at home on your young female drivers about a month ago for delivering without having the apartment and had we been another apartment community she cold have been in danger and that her manager should never have allowed her to leave with out making sure she had the correct address. Is this the fault of the female manager and now my residents are being punished for me calling her out?
