My complaint:
We placed an order to take away through phone and us being Doctors working at a nearby super speciality hospital had to attend to a patient and called immediately to cancel the order. The employee who picked the call was arrogant and started shouting. Even after we explained our situation and told him we are doctors on call he kept speaking arrogantly in the native language. Even at these pressing times such behavior towards health workers and doctors let us down .
Suggested solution:
Better customer management and friendly staff.
