My complaint:

I ordered a pizza from this store 210 and upon arrival I was notified that the system was down and I could not receive my pizza. The man working informed me that I could get my money back and he would call me when the system came back up but he never did. I called back today 211 and the manager said because it was the next day I couldn’t get a refund anymore.
