My complaint:

I placed a 30$ order online while I was at work. My order was cancelled so I called the store and the manager josh told me he cancelled it ba cause he came and nobody answered.i asked him could he re deliver cause we were waiting and we never seen him pull up he told me no I explained to him their was no refund on my card he said I would have to wait till end of shift to see it.when I got off work I still never seen a refund so I went to the store and explained everything to the female employee she told me it was nothing she could do and was very rude. I again asked her since I have nothing pending on my card could I just get my order or she can refund my card while I’m here she told me no and it’s not her problem and I’ll have to call my bank. So I was left standing at the window with no good or my 30$ in drive thru. I asked her for a receipt for my cancellation and the store managers name and number she refused me both and told me if I don’t leave out her drive thru she will call the police and she did 4 police officers showed up for a customer service issue which was embarrassing and very unprofessional. The officers agreed with me and told me call corporate and report it cause it seems like she can’t handle anything so I left without my 30$ or my order I don’t understand how hard it would of been to satisfy your customer. Me and my job spend money with dominos on a daily bases and this incident discouraged me from order from this place again if this is how I’m treated when I spend my money.

I would like my 30$ refunded because I didn’t cancel my order and compensated for my treatment and the manager josh and the female employee should be retrained in customer service and reprimanded this behavior is unacceptable.
