My complaint:
I called and ordered two large Italian subs to be delivered to my place of employment Ventra and Sandusky food was never delivered but they charged my debit card this was on July 1st I talked to a very rude manager and called back and talk to the regional manager on sunday Aaron he said my money would be refunded 5 to 7 days it has been 12 days and I have yet to receive my money I want to be refunded for the food that was never delivered to me
Suggested solution:
They need to refund the money on my debit card that was charged me for food that I never received Ventura employs over 2,000 people it's a shame that you can't manage 2 delivered to subs and it's more of a shame that you would charge people for food that they never receive
