My complaint:
Ordered a brooklyn style pizza that was overcooked. It was like a wafer, with almost no crust or cheese. I called to get a replacement pizza and return the bad one, and the manager decided to argue and tell me it was my fault that the pizza was overcooked.
Suggested solution:
Remake the pizza and deliver it free of charge, or refund my money.
