My complaint:
I ordered 2 pizzas one with stuffed crust one without. When it came they had swapped it round so the stuffed crust was on the wrong pizza. Not very happy as a paid extra to have stuffed crust. Also, the second pizza did not come with every topping we selected which we also played extra for. On top of that the delivery driver also dropped the potato wedges on my front door step so I could not eat them. Overall I am not happy with this service.
Suggested solution:
I would like them to feel how I did in this situation and resolve it how they would want it to be sorted.
