My complaint:

On Tuesday evening I ordered 2 pizzas online, one was like 5 topping and the other was a cheeseburger pizza… When we got the pizza they looked nothing like advertised.. the meat on the meet lovers was huge and scarce.. The cheeseburger pizza was just mostly dough, white cheese and sprinkles of meat here and there…

I called the next day to com, and was complain, and was told that since I made the order at 5:30 pm the previous day, that it was nothing they could do…

Now mind you, I did expect an apology and possibly a credit or something for a pizza another time.. But my primary reason for calling was to complain about the quality and lack of ingredients on the pizzas…

The shift management on duty still told me, that because I waited to call today.. that basically it was nothing that could be done.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I would like the policy to explained where I can't complain about my food after I've paid for it...

I would like those pizzas, redone at no charge to me.
