My complaint:
I’ve ordered pizza from Domino’s a lot and recently the quality has went down dramatically. I’ve repeatedly got pizzas that have been poorly made and this time both pizzas were delivered uncut. When my boyfriend called the manager at the store to complain he chastised him about how we got one of the pizzas for free and that there is no way two pizzas made it by his cutting table and that he would have the driver pick them back up. When we explained we had already started cutting one of the pizzas he said ok then there’s nothing we can do cut the other one and eat them and be grateful. This is not the 1st time we have had issues with this store and this manager. And something needs to be done.
Suggested solution:
I think they really should take a look at who they have running their store and how that person is running it. I also think they should refund my money and give us some credit on pizzas. The outright disrespectful nature of the manager is outrageous and should not be tolerated.
