My complaint:

ETA OF DELIVERY IS 16-26 min

Store 3322

On 31621 at 10:16pm my order was placed and at 11:30pm my order arrived.

My order was schedule to be delivered 16-26 min and it came after 1hr 20min. I called the store 3322, and was advised by a young lady (who refused to give me her name) that my order would arrive in 10min. The phone call was ended abruptly. She was rude.

Store 3322: Unprofessional, faulty service, bad customer service, ghetto customer service representative, horrible delivery service (1.5 hrs), cold pizza, bad quality and due to this experience.. I will never be ordering DOMINOS AGAIN!

Store3322: a young lady whom picked up the phone and refused to give me her name has shown extreme poor service, no manners, and laughed at me as I explained to her that she abruptly hung up on me while I was expressing my concern for my order. My food arrived cold.

Suggested solution:

I am not filling a complaint for any free offers or coupons from Domino's but instead I want people to be treated with respect. If we, as customers are making your company bloom, then recruit a strong Team who have self discipline, morals, respect, who also have strong customer service would be appreciated because we are investing in your company. As customers, we judge the quality of the food because we are not only spending our money but we are consuming this food.
