My complaint:

I order a Pizza so it would be ready at 4:00, I ordered it at 12:56. They started it at 3:45, wasn’t ready until 4:11, that’s when they started the 2-minute Tracker. They stopped the tracker right before the time was up, it said I would get a free pizza at 4:13, but they stopped the Tracker right before that and I got my pizza at 4:14, so I should have received a free pizza, but there was no way of showing her (Victoria) she said she was the manager, but she wasn’t; after she ask me to go to app because it erases the time once you leave the tracker screen.

Suggested solution:

I want my free Pizza
