My complaint:
I placed an order at 9:09 pm the order went out for delivery at 9:54 and did not arrive until 10:46 the tracker shows the driver in another town outside of where the store is located and delivers. The store is only 10-15 minutes from my house. this is the second time this has happened. Seems as though the driver is using deliveries for their personal time.
Suggested solution:
Have the drivers actually do their job
