My complaint:

Hello.
I’m a teacher at Mercy college in Chatswood. Today I tried to order a pizza lunch for a class that won a competition. At 12:25 I tried ordering two pizzas on line to have at 1:30. Bear in mind that the store is a seven minute walk away from the school. When I ordered I was told that it would take an hour as there was only one driver. At 1:40 the pizzas still hadn’t arrived. I called the store and they said wait another ten minutes. After ten minutes the pizzas still didn’t arrive. I tried calling the store but no one answered. Finally at 2:03 the pizzas arrived but lunchtime was over and the girls had to class. I had to beg their teacher to let them eat in class. In addition though, the pizza slices were so badly cut that it made it difficult to share the pieces equally. We had wanted New Yorker pizzas but apparently they weren’t available. If th h Ed pizza joint was short staffed then we should have been told. As a teacher I mortified and embarrassed.

Suggested solution:

Either give a refund or two free pizzas.
