My complaint:
I ordered my pizza 5:50 pm on wed. Dec. 30th. After an hour went by I called and was told my pizza was just in the oven and it would be another 45 min. Before I could get it. When it arrived another hour later it was cold. I was told when I called back that they couldn’t help me because they only had two people. I have been ordering from dominos for years. But this store in henderson has messed my orders up the last several times. I think I’m going to start ordering from other pizza places. I’m no longer a loyal customer
Suggested solution:
They should have given me another pizza that wasn't cold and 2 hrs late. Or at least a coupon for a free fresh pizza. But I guess only reputable places take responsibility for those type things
