My complaint:
I had placed an order on Domino’s Pizza application from Ghaziabad Location. I had ordered and made payment of Rs. 1079 from my account. The payment got deducted and as soon as the payment got deducted I received a notification stating that the store is offline.
Ideally when I was making payment and if the store was offline the application should not have given a payment option . This is totally unethical.
Suggested solution:
I want reimbursement of Rs. 1079 into my account as soon as possible. Why the amount got deducted when the store was offline.
