My complaint:
My daughter ordered two pizza’s yesterday. She added the discount code I received that day by text message. As she paid the discount was not removed. The discount code was tx210920 exp(27.09). When I called the store to point out the error, I was told “tough”. I am actually disgusted with the comment. This is the third time the discount codes have not worked and the time before was when I called and ordered and I was told the discount had be applied, when in fact it hadn’t. This is not professional for a large company.
Suggested solution:
Seeing as this is the third time this has happened I actually want a refund or at least half of my money back.
