My complaint:
I am very disappointed with the service I got from Domino’s pizza. I ordered online for delivery spent nearly £50.00 but did not get the service I was entitled to. The pizza base was undercooked and doughy, too much sauce was splashed and when it was delivered pizza was squashed. There were no separators in the boxes and the cheese was all stuck to the lid. My kids were hungry and the look of the pizza made them put off from having it . It was quite stressful for me to console them. I paid the full amount and it’s my consumer right to get the quality I am entitled to. I’m not at happy with the whole service.
Suggested solution:
I think they should compensate for the stress I had to go through. I would like my money back . Full refund
