My complaint:
I place the order for three pieces and a order of wings all of my food was cold I contacted the Aspen Hill location and talk to our armil Who told me that he was the assistant manager he told me that I had to talk to the GM this is totally unacceptable I am free and happy about this I order from you guys all the time issues like this make me do not wanna order due to the fact that there was no Resolution to my issue
Suggested solution:
Send me out another order the way that it is supposed to be hot or refund my money
