My complaint:

Assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional when we called about our order we placed online. We called immediately after we placed it and wanted our wings cooked extra long and they said they didnt get our order. That was the first call then my husband called back and dougie the assistant manager said our food was done which only 2 minutes had passed so there is no way our food was done and he was not going to cook our food longer. We order food from this dominoes a lot and never had any issues. I ask for the corporate number and he said he didnt know and his manager was out so I told him to cancel our order. When ordering online it doesn’t give option to put in a description on how you want your food prepared and we called right after we placed it so it shouldn’t been no problem I feel like they just didnt want to run our chicken extra.

Suggested solution:

Retrain manager on customer service and how to talk to customer when they call because you want to secure customers business.
