My complaint:
At the Holiday Inn in Marshall Tx. Saw a delivery person in the hall. Went to mmap and punched in the address of the hotel only to have a message pop up telling me you don’t deliver in this area. I live exactly 7 miles from the store in Lumberton Tx and cannot order using the app for the same reason. I guess it has cost me around $100 in lost online specials and points. I tried Little Caesar’s app the other day. Did you know they deliver? Took me 5 minutes to input the information and order. Guess where I’m getting my pizza from now on.
Suggested solution:
FIX THE LOCATION OF SERVICE ON THE STINKING APP. The photo shows pending points but I can never get them because yourso don't work for me.
