Complaint: order incorrect, poor customer service

My complaint:

I understand this location is very busy on Friday nights so I ordered plan mild wings with ranch and the desert twist. I pick them up from the location and I got them home it had hot sauce on them. I call the store 3 times got hang up on.The forth time a young lady answer the phone I explain what happen she came back to the phone and ask if I could pick them up I said NO she put me on hold again. I got in my car drove back to the location and I was still on hold. The said they was busy witch I understand thats why I picked up. I order the samething every time I order. Plain mild wings and the desert twice never had an issue. I told the manager I should be refunded plus get my order for free since I had to come all the way back. He said he wasn’t allowed. When I got home with the second order it was still incorrect. He also said he never heard of plain mild wings and knowone there has not either and he is there ever Friday night

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

The manager should have look at the first order that was incorrect and ask me how do I want them. Offered to deliver my order so I would not have to go back to the store. Try to please his customer more. I am not asking for anything for free just wanted what I ordered. He had very poor customer service. (I was place on hold until I return to the location and let the manager and crew member hear.
