My complaint:
Ordered our pizza over an hour and a half ago. Tracker said began to prepare pizza at 6:07. Called and person that answered made no sense. Manager number is the same as store number so was not able to speak with manager. Informed that regional manager was making pizzas. Have worked at dominoes and never seen regional manager make pizza. Informed I could call tomorrow and hung up on. When I call back Steve says please hold and puts me on hold without listening to me. Really unacceptable, no one to speak to and informed it may be another two hours before getting pizza. Wow, would have liked to know this an hour ago. Never had to wait 3 hours to get dominos. Even in New York on Super Bowl Sunday it took about two hours. It’s Friday, November 20.

Free pizza for life. Pissed driving to Harris teeter to buy a pizza and come home and cook it
