My complaint:
I tried ordering the Large (14) Thin Crust Memphis BBQ Chicken add onions and mushrooms and while ordering I accidentally some how clicked no chicken which was the whole purpose of me getting the pizza in the first place I order from this domino’s frequently never had a problem before till now when I called to see what could be done about my pizza that I was obviously super upset about getting considering I paid 13.99 for crust cheese bbq sauce and onions n mushrooms I was told by the worker that her general manager said that there isnt anything that could be done since I ordered it online even tho the pizza hadn’t been touched I even offered to bring it in and proceed to tell me that I’d have too order a new one and pay for again once again I found this really ridiculous and a waste of my time and money!
Suggested solution:
With the pizza I originally ordered and by letting the General managers let issues like that be resolved!
