My complaint:
On 31st of august 2020 , I ordered 2 paneer and onion pizza for an amount of rs 190 and another 2 pepper barbecue chicken pizza for an amount of rs 210 and there was a sum of amount of rs 452 which i paid online .
But, because of the autocorrect of the dominos app the delivery location was switched from sakchi,howrah bridge,jamshedpur ,jharkhand to howrah,west bengal.
After noticing the error i cancelled it , and reorder with the perfect location , the amount of 452 was debited and has not been refunded
I called the customer service but there was a negative response and and afterwards they said it will be refunded within a week,
but it has 22 days and i haven’t got any responses from them.
Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
