My complaint:
Dominos has delivered to my address for some 4 years with no problems.
However last week of July 21 2020 the delivery man refused to enter the building.
I am 90 years old disabled our Security personnel will send food delivery service directly to disabled tenants.
The person called and said they have instructions to not enter the building.
I tried to explain to her twice but she would not let me explain my situation but she refused to let me explain further at which time I hung up.
Suggested solution:
This person should told that disabled customers are allowed food delivery persons to have deliveries directly to their apartments.
