My complaint:
We placed an $80 order with the King of Prussia Dominos last night for pick-up tonight. When we went to pick it up, they claimed someone with my son’s name had already come in to claim the order and left with everything. My son checked with all of his friends and no one had been there to pick up the pizzas.When my son called back for a refund, they said they would not give a refund because the pizzas had been picked up.
Suggested solution:
A full refund should be given since we received NOTHING from that store.
